I’ve found the items of clothing I want but can’t select my size
Seems to be that your size is out of stock right now unfortunetly. You can drop us a message on email, instagram, facebook or get hold of us on our business number stating your problem and we will try our best to help you.

Has my order been sent yet ?
If you chose the postage option then we will post your items in 2-3 days and should get to you in the duration of about 14 working days.

Part of my order is missing
This is most unlikely to occur, but if so please message us on email, instagram, facebook or our business number and we will sort out the problem right away.

Which methods of payments can I use?
If you choose for your items to be posted then you can pay via PayPal and if you collect your items then cash can be paid.

Is it safe to order online?
It is 100% safe we have been running this business for almost 3 years now and we have had no complaints from our customers of any unsafety, complications etc. If you are worried you are more than welcome to send us a message or phone call on our business number.

Can you give me more information about the items?
They are brand new items of clothing imported from overseas stores. We ship the latest trends and try our best to keep them affordable. We only import high quality goods and if it fails to deliver we send the item back and do not sell it.

Can I track my order ?
Yes, if you chose the postage option then you are more than welcome said us a message on email, instagram, facebook or get hold of us on our business number and we will gladly give you your tracking number.

Do you have discount codes?
We do not have any discount codes at the moment, however, many sales are on and we try to make our apparel as affordable as possible.

Postage - How much is it and how long does it take?
Postage is an extra fee of R50, it is worth it as we take 2-3 days, if not shorter, to post your items and then onwards it will take in the duration of about 7 working days to arrive. So your package will be in your hands within 2 weeks if all runs smoothly.
